Terms of Use
1. Adults only
Lila is for people who are 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18. If you are younger, please do not use this site.
2. What Lila is
Lila is a fictional AI character. Everything she says is generated by an AI model. Replies can be wrong, inconsistent, odd or inappropriate, and they are not advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, psychological or otherwise). Lila is not a real person and does not replace real relationships or professional help.
3. What is not allowed
- Content involving real, identifiable people.
- Any content involving minors, or that sexualises anyone under 18, including fictional characters who are portrayed as minors.
- Anything illegal where you live or where the service is operated.
- Abusing the service: automated use, scraping, trying to get around limits or security, or sharing your account or access codes with others.
4. Free messages and paid access
- Every account gets 10 free messages. Free messages can be paused temporarily, for example when the monthly running budget is used up.
- After that you need an access code to keep chatting.
- Each code grants one calendar month of access from the moment you redeem it. If you already have access, the code extends it by one month.
- A code can be used once. Once a code has been redeemed it cannot be refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
- If you delete your account, any remaining access time is lost.
5. Availability
We try to keep Lila running, but we do not guarantee that the service is always available, error-free or unchanged. Features, limits and prices may change, and the service may be paused or stopped.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.
7. Your data
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can reset your chat or delete your account at any time from the menu in the chat.
8. Liability
Lila is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory law, including consumer protection law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Lila after a change, the new terms apply.
